个人简介:

陆凤花,广西“十百千”人才工程第二层次人选,广西杰出青年基金获得者,广西青年科技奖获得者,1998年在广西大学畜牧专业获得学士学位,2001年和2004年在广西大学动物遗传育种与繁殖专业分别获硕士和博士学位,2001年至今于广西大学从事教学科研工作,2008年在美国佐治亚州医学院再生医学专业完成博士后研究。目前兼任中国畜牧兽医学会动物繁殖学分会理事、中国细胞生物学学会理事、广西畜牧兽医学会理事。

 

科研成果: 

   本人主要从事动物卵母细胞的体外成熟、体外受精以及动物克隆与转基因克隆等胚胎生物工程技术的研究工作。在国内条件下建立了一套完整的水牛体细胞克隆方法,解决了体细胞核移植过程中因供体细胞体积较小融合率低下这一难题,确定了供体细胞和受体胞质细胞周期同步化的处理方法,并从表观遗传学等方面阐明了水牛体细胞克隆的分子机理,成果获得世界首批体细胞克隆水牛和转基因克隆水牛,各项主要技术指标达到国内外领先水平。此外,还建立了三维玻璃支架体外成熟培养卵母细胞的方法,并证实了水牛内膜细胞条件液有利于提高卵母细胞体外成熟效率。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者身份在Biology of Reproduction、Scientific Reports、Theriogenology、Reproduction Fertility and Development、Reproduction in Domestic Animals、Cellular Reprogramming 等国际权威杂志发表SCI论文40余篇。
